Hello! I dropped your sweater off yesterday morning, however whoever scanned in the package scanned it as delivered and not accepted so it is currently showing delivered on Poshmark, I have already contacted support to see what to do next. This has never happened to me before in two years I’ve been selling, I apologize for the inconvenience and will let you know what Poshmark says ❤️

Hi there, I feel so dumb but I sent you the wrong sweater by mistake, I am so sorry, I have two that are black and silver and I grabbed the wrong one. You will need to open a case with Poshmark when you receive the wrong sweater so we can switch, they will send you a shipping label to return it and I will send the correct sweater. Hi Linda, I see your counter but Posh has this crazy offer system set up that I cannot do what you are requesting. All I can do at this point is either update my listing, you relike and I send a new offer or I decline and send a new offer to likers. If I counter again at 12 will you accept? That would end up being the same amount for you as 14 and 5 shipping = 19, 12 +7=19
