ashleymdavis @crashvelvet No problem, Im happy to help :-) that sounds fum though, being able to wear yoga pants all the time. I would wear them everyday though, which probably wouldnt be good for my wardrobe either XD. If i ever get anymore pigments Ill let you know, for now though I just have the lipsticks.

crashvelvet @brookhurstbabe - Hi! We had a lovely exchange & I was thrilled with the shoes but now am fairly crushed. Been wearing them in the house sporadically for a week now. Tonight I suddenly noticed the strip over the soul stitching had broken off the Right shoe & was hanging. Examining it more closely the *entire sole* on the inner side is ripped up. I know you only wore these a couple of times. I am disappointed. They didn't even last a week and there was nothing wrong with them :-(

crashvelvet @brookhurstbabe - I was trying to fit that in the 500 char. limit and it was ridiculous. The Left shoe looks perfectly durable. Are Born shoes typically "cheap?" I loved these shoes and I really only wore them sporadically around the house. I didn't do cleaning or vacuuming or anything that would put stress on them. Super sadface.

You did examine the shoes carefully. I think that perhaps the shoes are either poorly made are were just ready to burst. Like I said, the left shoe seems fine and durable! I loved these shoes. You are too kind and I will look for the box. I am really sorry about all of this, truly. I want the best for both of us!

crashvelvet @brookhurstbabe - The letter I got from them stated that this is a "huge exception to their process" - I think their generic form later makes sure that the buyer knows if there is something wrong, return the item. We as you and I know, there was nothing wrong until I started wearing them. Outcome: I have $20 Poshcredits. You are in the clear. I am still wearing these shoes around the house until the large tear in the shoe renders it unwearable. Super glue maybe?
