tsboutique1 Hi Linda I shipped out your bobs yesterday March 3 I just noticed I haven’t gotten an updated shipping alert for tracking so I sent an alert to posh Mark that I haven’t gotten the tracking they are looking into it hopefully it’s just a glitch but I sent them out the same day you purchased

sadie2002 @tsboutique1 oh ok or maybe they just haven’t updated tracking yet that’s happened before when a package I was expecting & the last update I got is that it had been processed but there was never a departure notice or that it’s in transit but then it’s delivered the next day 🤷🏻‍♀️ so fingers crossed

tsboutique1 Good news I just saw that it started tracking it does show that the post office received it on March 3 and I think it bounced around but it is in Houston and you should be getting it

I am happy to fix it using special epoxy glue (I use it on my shoes) to adhere it back on. Would you still like them tho? sadie2002 @amypenelope is the damage to the fabric bad? Is it in a noticeable spot? How moderate is the wear on the soles? If both issues are moderate to major I’d rather cancel the order but if it’s minor to moderate it’s fine. Is there any way you can take pics first? I would appreciate it because as you said I don’t want to be disappointed

sadie2002 @amypenelope I’m fine with moderate wear on soles & can still be good for a long time (I don’t mind if they’re dirty or have normal wear& tear) but I don’t want them if the soles have holes or tears. If the fabric issue can be fixed without me having to constantly refix it I’m ok with it

amypenelope @sadie2002 hi and thanks for your response! I should have been more specific - the shoe fabric is slightly separated from the rubber sole. Nothing is ripped or torn. sadie2002 @amypenelope hi thanks for responding & the pics. I’m fine with the wear on soles but I’m concerned with fabric issue. I have a pair of Toms that developed the same issue & I was constantly reapplying glue. If that will be the case with these I’d rather you cancel my order if you don’t mind. Thank you

sadie2002 @amypenelope if you can fix the shoes to where the fabric won’t keep coming away from the shoes you can send them but if it’ll be a continuous recurring issue then you can cancel order

amypenelope @sadie2002 Since I cannot guarantee that the fabric won't come away from the sole (after gluing), I canceled your order. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience, I wish I'd noticed that flaw before re-poshing. I hope you find another pair in better shape! best, Jenny
