peachywuppies Sorry for the inconvenience, the box and bag are preowned, the box and bag comes along with the purchase of the one pouch, as you can see the image displays only one pouch, you could have replied that you didn’t want the box or the bag because the pouch itself is $9 and with the purchase you get 3 free Tiffany and co. boxes or bags, so this $9 is a good deal, since many pouches are way more expensive.

catlettlinda @peachywuppies Communication is the best the buyer should have the option by disclosing the damage not by being surprised on delivery. I won’t use the soiled bag or damaged box I was hoping to use. Our offer was on two pouches two boxes and that offer was changed after I bought the items which I still want along with. If you wanted more money you should have not excepted my offer and set your price at a higher amount. I was baffled by this sale after your comment on changing up the order.

I lost a lot of my stuff, the rest in storage. I don’t sell anything at this time. I care for a lady who is98 with dementia and who is bed ridden. She’s amazing lady.
