rickiefire46 Hi The shoes I bought are actually 8.5 not 7.5. When they arrived they looked great so I wrapped them for my sisters birthday that was this past weekend. I guess I’m too trusting because I didn’t check the size. She wore them to the store yesterday and they were flipping off her feet. When she got home she looked and they are size 8.5. I’m very disappointed. those shoes are her favorite brand and style. Now I have to buy my sister another gift and give the shoes away to goodwill or something.

I want to make this right. I’ve never come across a situation like this before so let me find out the best way to handle the return.
