onestrawberry Hi, I am picking you at random to ask a poshmark question. I bought a blush on here brand new. It arrived to me broken. The seller did not tape the bubble wrap around it so it was just flopping around in the large envelope. I have already contacted the seller and she said it wasn't her fault, has never happened to her before, etc. What would you do?? How many stars do you give? Would you open a refund process?? Or just accept that this could happen to any of us during shipping?? Thanks.
