ranalli Hi Linda. I am concerned about your skirt because I shipped the day you purchased and it still says "pending USPS scan" the others I shipped same day have arrived. I reached out to PM support for tracking to see what's going on. I am worried because I want you to have this skirt!!!!!!!!!! So sorry and I will update you when they get back to me.

ranalli @lvirtudes Hi Linda! Update on skirt tracking. PM tracked it, and just sent me another email. Here is portion that states what they did: In the meantime, we have manually marked this as shipped; once the package begins tracking, you will receive an email confirmation from us. Please advise I don't know if this means they have found your skirt. I will update you when they send me any more info.

ranalli Hi Linda. I reached out to PM again but haven't heard any more. I am so sad as I have no way to purchase this again or any remedy on my part. I am requesting refund for you and if it ever shows up, I will send it for free to you. I am so sorry and very disheartened not only that package never arrived but that they never found any trace so far. My sincere apologies.
