Hey-They were shipped out in perfect condition so does Posh cover the shipping insurance when you pay? Sounds like they were damaged during shipping. You can tell from the pictures they are great, and this makes me sad. Sometimes the usps and other delivery services are beyond rough :-(. I am so sorry. Maybe try that route. Blessings, C♥
