becky1950 @laszatmary Good morning, Linda! I am very sorry that you were disappointed in the items you received. In no way was I trying to deceive you. Many people sell items with the tags removed, and I was trying to give an idea of size as they fit me, or what I remember the size to be before I cut off the tag. Regarding a chip on the abalone, I never saw a chip, and if there was one when you received it, I'm very sorry, but I don't remember seeing before.

margaritalol55 @becky1950 hi there! I got a similar review from this buyer, Linda….accepted, kept the item, but a whole list of issues and that I “should be ashamed of condition”. It seems like this might be a common thing for her so I’m choosing not to feel too bad. 😏

laszatmary @margaritalol55 I notice you didn’t acknowledge for others, that I referred to your EXCELLENT Condition. 19 chips instead of one ? Scotch Tape on Salt and Pepper Grinders ? 10 Days to get to me ? I didn’t ask for a refund as you have been paid on 6/20/22. And the sale was completed. If you had showed all the chips, that would be a different story ‼️ Wouldn’t it ?
