plumbago12 Hi Linda, Thank you for visiting my closet! These are not high waisted pants. They fall three inches below my waist at the bellybutton. I am 5’3” tall. They measure 34”. The inseam is 261/4”. Let me know if you have further questions. I’m new to Poshing and should have put the measurements. Sorry! Have a wonderful day! Cynthia💕
