oneof8 @gator68 Hi Linda, thank you for your offer on my Ugg Boots. I will be up front rather than counter back & forth. I bought these just last year and didn’t get to wear them because my calves are to wide :( I really want to get my back back if I can & I paid $150. I’ll prob loose $ anyway because of fees . I will counter back and if you aren’t willing to go that high I understand. Thank you!!

coloradocache Hi Linda, you can see on it was attested to the card that the latch is attached- but can contact PM and they will give you a refund I think. Or make it right on some way I’m sure. Only issue might be that you waited to long to file complaint? But please ask PM. Send them pics of packaging and earrings. Sorry you waited so long.
