I’m running blind in here and the process I’m using is so time consuming, I follow and share but my followers vs following ratio is way off, not sure what I’m doing wrong or what I can do to improve my numbers. Any tips you can offer would be much appreciated💕

jacaranda1831 @carleescorner You are so ahead of me in the PM gaming. I never paid attention to any of the stats because all I wanted to do was to sell a few major items. You are right in that you need followERS and not followING. In following you have become the ERS for other poshers. When you share, you only share to your ERS. Go to My Size and fill in all 4 possible sizes. What do you like? ie Coach? Victoria Secret? Whatever? Search in listings Coach, what ever tickles your fancy, put a like one it.

jacaranda1831 @carleescorner Put a like on the item. First make sure closet is not one you are following. Do not follow at this time. Share 4 items. Do about ten closets. Couple days, look at news feed, open the one that say 'so n so' is following you. Share 4 items, now change the blue follow to normal color. ERS numbers do not drastically change until you become Posh Ambassador. In exchange for you welcoming and helping new poshers learn the system, PM will direct 99+/day ERS to your closet.

jacaranda1831 @carleescorner Read about Posh Ambassador and requirements. Go to "My Posh Stats" and work on making all the bars green. It's a whole new world. I read and reread the Help and Support q/a many many time so I could answer the questions.
