Hello Linda. Your package is on the way but it is the wrong one. They look similar but the one I incidently shipped was a gift from my aunt who is now deceased. I have contacted to support to help with the exchange. PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY IN THE PM APP. PLEASE PUT IN A COMPLAINT SO THEY CAN QUICKLY FIX THIS.

@rhenaye1 i hate to make a complaint over a minor error, and I certainly understand the sentimentality. I cannot keep the Shipping company from leaving it at my door while I'm at work though. Isn't there a way i can nust return the box to u without making a complaint?
Also, I was hoping to use the correct bag this weekend. Can you get it to me by then?

@lbcaswell I suppose you could just circle the return address and put Return to sender on it either way I'm going to have to pay the freight. The complaint does not go against you it goes against me the shipper because it was my error. I will try to ship it out today I think you should have it Thursday or Friday if I can get it out today

@rhenaye1. No, i know it would go against you--that's why i dont want to do it, unless its necessary. I'll handle however u want, but i dont think it's fair to penalize u for a mistake. I can just return to sender or make a complaint, its ur choice. I'll do whatever is easier for u.

Please go to 'My purchases'' then click on 'Problems' them select 'Order not as Described' to make a claim. Let me know if you have any questions.

@rhenaye1 yes, they said i had to complain that it was the wrong item shipped, which i did. Then i explained. Im waiting for them to contact me about sending a return shipping label.

@lbcaswell Poshmark support is trying to reach you about the claim. They will not support a transaction that is not done by their procedures. Once you open the claim they will send a mailing label to you and a mailing label to me that we need to use for the exchange. I really I want the purse back because it was a gift and I probably won't be able to find another one like it. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused.

They are not open on the weekend and it is imperative that this be resolved before the money goes into my bank. If you have any questions please tag me. @rhenaye1. I don't understand! I have sent them two emails disputing this and Advising that you mailed the wrong item. Other than the fact that I did not send pictures because I haven't opened the box, I don't know why they keep sending me the rules to open a dispute? But then I'm also getting a confirmation that they will respond within 24 hours. I'm confused

I think I figured out that they were not answering me when I disputed this transaction because I was just clicking on "contact customer service" rather than on "wrong item sent". Today I clicked on wrong item sent. I hated to do that to you.

I just found out from PM that they no longer do exchanges only refunds. You will get your refund once they confirm delivery. You would have to purchase the bag again so I can get a label.
I totally understand if you are no longer interested. This has been a terrible experience for you. If you are still interested in repurchasing then I will sell it to you for $15 instead of $20. Just let me know.

@rhenaye1 they emailed me the return label yesterday, and I mailed your box back today. Honestly, I love the bag and I ordered it to match a pair of sandals that I have so that I could wear them both at a function tomorrow. However, since the replacement bag hasn't arrived in time, and isn't going to, I would just as soon forget the whole thing if that's okay with you.

I am sorry that Posh made this thing such a nightmare for both of us. What I have learned from all of this is that Posh is great when everything goes okay, but when it doesn't it's a nightmare and something not worth repeating. At the end of the day, I think I will just chalk this up to a lesson learned and go back to shopping on eBay! I'm sorry
