mariajsykes7 Hello. The rep I spoke to is tracking the package. The office that I took it to buy my house is small and they take all packages dropped off there to their main office and the rep said she thinks she forgot to scan the item before they put it on the truck to go to the main office to be shipped to you out of state. Today is considered day 1 and it should be scanned by end of day from the LA branch and you should receive it within the next two days. Thank you for your patience
