daniellekyle Hi Linda. I just read your review of the Coach purse you purchased. I tried my best to represent the item as accurately as possible. I would have been happy to provide you with exact measurements if you had asked for them. As you can see from the original receipt I included, the original price of the item was much higher than what you paid so you should be able to resell the item easily if you don’t want to keep it. I really apologize if it was not what you expected!
