jdwardrobe @lindaksim The purchase I made from you says it had been delivered but it has not. I have contacted Poshmark customer service. It looks like the package was over 5lbs and an overweight label was not used. The post office might ship it back to you as they didn't deliver it to me. I'm waiting for Poshmark to tell me what the next step is for this type of problem.

lindaksim When I contacted Poshmark they didn't give me the overweight label; instead it said they would deduct from my earnings. So lets keep our fingers crossed! Thanks for letting me know.

jdwardrobe @lindaksim I was able to reach a post office customer service person today 12/24/2020. The post office says I could pay the overdue postage or they will send it back to you. They will be sending it back to you, as of today. I'm hoping it will get to you and maybe you can get an overweight label from Poshmark so we can try again. Merry Christmas!🎄

jdwardrobe The tracking says the package is at your post office as of the 26th of December. Will you be able to pick it up soon and put the new label on to ship it back?Thanks!

lindaksim I haven't received it yet. I will see if Poshmark will allow me to print an overweight label this time. Did they ever respond to you? I haven't had a problem with them before, so I don't know what to do if they don't give me the option for another label. You may need to cancel the order, unfortunately. We'll see.

lindaksim @jdwardrobe Hi. I received a notice from USPS just now. They refuse to deliver unless I pay $33.75. So it doesn't make sense to go forward with the sale. I will notify Poshmark of this issue, however, it's best if you cancel your sale so you can receive your money back. I'm sorry Poshmark didn't work out for you on this item.
