msneverending1 Linda you did not see the side/corner of the box that was crushed in, just writing FRAGILE on the box means nothing to the Post Office. When I send out any package even if there is nothing breakable in the box & every box that I have received in the mail the entire bottom, all sides & top are lined with bubble wrap or air filled bubbles that protects all of the items within the box from being damaged. Besides the piece that was broken off during shipping, carefully looking at the bracelet there were two other places on the charm bracelet that had broken off pieces & I sent those pictures to Poshmark as well, and that is why you got the low rating on your merchandise. Luckily we live in the northern central part of the state of Florida, and the hurricane is still in the Bahamas only moving T 1 mile an hour. They still don’t know if it is going to move further west & come on shore somewhere in Florida-or go north along the border . We will get winds & rain.
