Hi, in regards to Cole Haan shoes, I wanted to let you know that the star rating is not based solely on the fit of item and it's really unfair to get a 1 star rating for that reason alone. I don't believe I misrepresented the size, I included length and width of soles on listing. You clearly stated that the shoes were clean and comfy but they were two sizes small? That make them size 3.5. I tried them on if you read in the comments and I wear a 6.5. I don't believe them to be a 3.5.

I really don't mean to be rude in anyway but I just want to make sure that this doesn't happen to another seller. It is too late for me but it's okay and that is why I'm willing to reach out to you. I have had people buy from me and still left me a 5 star feedback and even a love letter. I can send you the link if you would like to read their love letter. I don't expect that always but the beauty of poshmark is that the item doesn't fit you can resell it.
