up4dance Hi, Linda, one of my buyers contacted me regarding a missing package, and while researching, I saw the tracking on your purchase of Tush Push jeans notes your package is missing as well. I just want to double check before I speak with USPS. I always ship within 24 hours, so I need to get to the bottom of this. I shipped your item on August 31! Thanks. Karen

up4dance Ugh. This is insane. We pay such a high price for Priority mail, and then it gets delivered way late. Thank you for being so patient. At this moment, I'm on hold with USPS, but my understanding is that I cannot even file a claim until the package is missing for 45 days! At this point, I can only ask you what would make you happy.

up4dance We can cancel, or wait it out, and then when/if you receive it, I will see how I can refund the premium you paid for Priority! So sorry for the disappointment. According to the USPS website, your package has been in limbo since Sept 4!

up4dance Hi, again my friend! I just heard from PM regarding one of the three packages lost by the post office. They are refunding the buyer, and I am going to take a leap of faith here and surmise they will refund all three buyers. I sent them all the information, tho they may not get back to us until Monday or Tuesday.
