kramers_korner @joelindateam 😫 If I recall correctly you are in the northeast, near Rhode Island. There is a place called ‘Rhode Island Parrot Rescue’ in Warwick. They have experience in dealing w/pluckers. I see their FB posts every day, and some of their birds wear fleece collars that someone custom makes for them. I’m sure if you reach out to them and ask who makes their collars they would tell you. PS I’m on a bunch of bird pages and groups on FB 🦜🤣
