I'm new to Poshmark & this was my first sale so I am having to refund her as well. I bought these for my friend & she just thought maybe it was her. So I tried to resell them & now that person is having the same issue. Thank you for refunding! I'm not sure how to initiate that process either? But I appreciate it! And I agree it's a positive experience these things happen no worries!😊
