mienlai There is a guy, I think it is something like Elliot’s Luxury, that has live shows where he just rehabs bags during the show. He doesn’t tell you what he uses, but you can get some ideas from watching him. When I find him I’ll give you the info. He is a lot safer to watch, his prices are higher. He is in Oklahoma.

lilsweetlinda14 @mienlai talk to them and vet out how they respond to your needs. Like a job interview haha. You will get a reallllly good feel for how they will treat your items based on how they respond to you 😊. Worst case is you think about it and find someone else to do the job

mienlai How did you get in touch with Ant? I received a purse that was broken when it arrived and his people are all over the place and one is saying that all purchases are final. I don’t know if you have received bags lately in plastic bags, not boxes. Not a great change. I am trying to get this resolved privately and not on the chat.

mienlai The bundle with the LV Vernis Tote and the Gucci Diana. The last correspondence I had was all sales final, so I had to bring Poshmark into the issue.

mienlai No, and the handle wasn’t broken when they showed it. Three of my last four shipments, were shipped in plastic bags with the purses wrapped in bubble wrap. This is why the purse was damaged. They told me that Poshmark can send me video of the live show to show if the handle was broken when I bid on it. My last shipment was in a box, so I think they realize that they shouldn’t ship in plastic bags.
