ollyposh @suncoastbella Hi Ginny I try to share other closets as much as possible ie I have some community followers that I try to share a few of their items a couple times a day when I see them on my feed as they also share mine, sometime it is hard to keep up with all the shares but I try to share my own closet at least twice a day. suncoastbella Hi Linda, I’m sorry I’m being a bother. I have a few question for you please. If someone liked and created a bundle how do you go about in giving an offer? This interested person had two items in her bundle. Do I offer less for each item individually? I see that the shipping charges are $12.99 or $9.99? Why is there a difference? Is it because it’s a bundle and it’s cheaper? Is it rude to contact people if they like your items? I’m not sure about the etiquette of this. Thank you

ollyposh @suncoastbella Hi Ginny no problem to offer a buyer a bundle go to their about page ie click on their name and beside their @name you will see on the top right a small circle with a little shopping bag in the corner click on that it will change to a My Bundle screen ie the buyer. on this screen there will be 3 dots click on the dots for a drop down menu the 4th item is "switch to sell view" click on "switch to sell view" now at the bottom of this page should be the buyer's likes from your....

ollyposh .....closet the middle icon of the items you can "add" the buyer's likes to a buncle ....add the items the buyer likes and then at the bottom should be "make an offer" click on "make an offer" etc this is where you put the total price for all the items the buyer likes and you can chose to discount the shipping (will come out of your sale price- ie 12.99 no discount 9.99 a $3.00 discount you will be deducted by poshmark on total. Sometimes buyers are only looking and sometimes buyers want....

ollyposh ....a private discount etc its hard to know so I usually send the buyer an offer and sometimes they counter offer etc. so it is hard to know sometimes they will text you back and say they are only looking and will let you know etc..I try to keep it simple with the buyer and make the offer then it is up to them to accept or decline. hope this helps there are a lot of Youtube videos on bundles to help you if you get a chance to check out take care and Happy Poshing.

suncoastbella Hi Linda, I’m wondering if you can offer me advice. I made a sale and sent item promptly. I just received a rating of 1 as customer said the item was fake. I sent her a reply saying how sad I was and I assured her it wasn’t fake and that it is authentic 😭 I am so bummed now.

ollyposh @suncoastbella Hi Ginny yes that is upsetting when a buyer leaves a lower than 5* the buyer can contact poshmark.ca and return the item to you if they are not happy it is really too bad that they didnt do that first if they were concerned about authenticity. I too have been given a 1 star mine was for shipping they said the tape didnt hold the box but the item was fine? so I recommend to either reach out to them again and see if they want to return it to you or maybe contact Poshmark support

suncoastbella @ollyposh thank you Linda, it’s really upsetting me. The customer said theres no QR code and I checked the barcode off the label on the website - and it’s not available. Unfortunately the item was purchased by me in 2016 so it’s been awhile. I’ll send another message to her to see what I can do. Thank you for your time! I’m sure your area got hit with a big dump of snow!
