lisabrautigam6 @lindariedl oh I am so sorry that it was broken open up a claim and they will return you your money I double boxed it so it wouldn’t get damaged but it happens sometimes it’s a really nice item to I feel bad about it I love mine I have two more I could replace it for you but posh don’t work that way you’ll have to open a claim again I am so sorry it did not make it there safe

lindariedl @lisabrautigam6 I was pretty excited getting this today and wanted to use it. it's a shame USPS handles packages so bad. I've never received anything damaged on Poshmark and did let them know it was damaged in shipping.

lisabrautigam6 @lindariedl I am sorry I always get excited when someone ordered something I have for sale that I also have and is nice and when it is damaged I get sad and feel bad I don’t have many things get damaged in shipping but it happens I was hoping you would of got it to use for Thanksgiving again I am so sorry this happen
