jworthington123 Hello. you purchased the two Raven birds from me. Just an fyi... tail was not broke before shipping. The two birds were the same as shown in the pics when carefully wrapped, put in box and shipped. Not sure why you would make such an accusation. If your not happy with your purchase you can open a claim and return it. Thank You
