lindanuttall @amandarsowards hello, I have a question. I had accidentally shipped the wrong item to someone. They opened a case and all is solved. I have received the incorrect item back. The buyer still wants to purchase the original item. Do I need to re list it? How do I let her know when I do so she can re purchase? Thank you.

amandarsowards @lindanuttall I have done that before. Don’t feel Bad! Yes relist the items. Then comment u def the new items and @ the username of the person letting them know they are available under the new listings. You could also add the items to a bundle for them and the comment under their bundle letting them know they are delisted and available
