thestudiostyle Thank you. The form is ok, not sure what size it is, as box says 2255X, and don't see that online. I'm pretty sure I can use it. I was just disappointed to receive a dirty item. Thank you again for offering to take it back. Your price was fair, and I appreciate that. Linda
