lindacjimc @jackio128 Hi, I see it was cancelled. The only problem is when the order went through I was charged $16.96 with free shipping. Now it shows up with a shipping fee of $7.45.

lindacjimc @jackio128 I don't know how to do that on my end. I didn't cancel it. The original which I could send a copy to you if I knew where to send had a free shipping which had to have come from PoshMark?? Maybe you can tell them you made a mistake and redo it. I don't understand how I would do anything from my end because I am not selling. Thanks, Linda

jackio128 @lindacjimc Poshmark always charges a flat rate for shipping on all shipments so I don’t know what happened.

lindacjimc I think it is something Poshmark gave because if was $16.96 total and that was also what was credit back to me. I can't fix it as a customer because i don't even have anything invoiced. Lets just call it a fail unless you can communicate with Poshmark to fix it. Linda

lindacjimc @jackio128 no, it was my first time making a purchase so I think that must have been a special they applied and then when you accidentally cancelled the order the offer does not get applied again.
