Omg, you just rated my Juicy Couture bags and gave me a 1 star. I have a perfect 5 star rating. You said I need to improve on item description, packaging, responsiveness, item cleanliness and ship time. These bags are exactly as described, I packaged them with great care and even made my own box so they wouldn’t bend and covered them in plastic, they are 100% clean and I shipped them the very same day. Why would you be so unkind and give me a 1 star?

@2qa let me apologize for the delay in shipping out the Dolce & Gabbana shoes. I’ve been out the country and had to have someone ship out to you and they didn’t do it in a timely manner. I can assure you that the package was dropped off today to the post office since yesterday was a Federal Holiday. You will not get any tracking until later today as they weren’t able to scan the package since the label was printed some days ago. Again my apologies.

She stated this in her comments: “I received my order on time my rate is highly impressed thank you PS not sure if the first star is very good but thanks thumbs up.” So I am sure PM will disregard her rating! I did message her back that 5 star matches her comments and she did not reply.

I wish I had read these comments first. I had a perfect 5-star rating as a seller. Not anymore! She wrote "Beautiful purchase 🙂. ThanksI" and then gave me 1 star. I shipped within 36 hours and she received it in 3 days from across the country, yet she checked in the feedback that I need to improve shipping time. I don't understand what is happening. Poshmark, please respond.

Wow I really do wish I had this information! I also got a 1 star and I’ve never had that before! I hope Poshmark doesn’t count it against me! The notes said work on packaging and cleanliness! I make sure everything is sanitized and wrapped! I even put in little freebies! What a disappointment

I don't agree with the 1 star rating you gave me for the Chanel perfume bottle. I shipped the item the day after you purchased it, and I don't know how else I could have possibly described it. If there was so much you disliked about it, you should have returned it instead of rating it so poorly.

Hi. You rated your overnight Sunday purchase which I sent out to you Monday and you received Wednesday with 1 star. You commented that the item was not clean, not well packaged, that I needed to be more responsive and that the item was not well described. I have sent you several messages to discuss your issues, all which you have ignored. Now I see this thread and am starting to think this is some kind of a game you’re playing.

Sellers beware‼️‼️Do not sell to this buyer. They bought an item from me and gave me a 1 star review. As I would be okay if this item or order was 1 star worthy but it most definitely was not along with any of my other orders. At the end of the day joke is on this buyer as I still receive my pay from this item, but still not okay. do not sell to this buyer‼️‼️‼️

@kayleesmith411 anytime someone is harassing you or doing something they aren’t supposed to you can tag the pm_editor and they will get a notification. I want enough notifications to go so this user gets kicked off. This is ridiculous. This user has been pulling this BS since November 2021 at least

@maison_de_mode I did contact customer support and they said that there was nothing they could do because it’s the buyers opinion. I understand how upsetting this is as this buyer was also my first and only 1 star review but I blocked this buyer and hope that I don’t have to deal with buyer that abuse these features.

Hello! This buyer purchased an item from me recently that was new in pristine condition. I shipped it out the same day and packaged it as I do all my packages. I received a 1* rating which I’ve didn’t deserve. I have a 5* rating after shipping a multitude of purchases. I’ve read that this is a normal rating that this buyer gives which is unfair. Please DO NOT allow purchases from this buyer if your looking for honestly. Poshmark please be aware of this buyer.

Wish I would have seen this before accepting her offer. My perfect 5-star rating is also blown. Gave me a 1 star and rated it on description (several photos and wordy description) responsiveness (personal thank you note sent), cleanliness (NWT), shipping time (ordered Saturday; post office is closed on Sunday), and packaging (used USPS box and packing material). @pm_editor

Well I guess I joined this group of ONE STAR rating. OMG, it is my first ridiculous rating for absolutely NO reason. NOT THAT I GIVE A SH** LOL. With so many crazy shows you can't even see when someone sells something or is contacted about an item. POSH is not for shows for 5 and 10 dollars, not about real sales. This chick purchased a 2k Chanel boots with receipt for 1K and has the nerve to rate me low, lol. AGAIN I Don't give crap about her opinion. Low person...DEFINITELY blocking LOL

Omg! I wish I had read all of this before I sold to this woman. First off. A 1 star for ship time. NY to CA - 4 days over a holiday. Not sure it could have been any quicker. And item responsiveness? How can someone respond if you don’t ask a question. Packaging? Seriously… you should probably take a look at yourself in the mirror as you are likely an unhappy individual. Many of the Poshmark sellers use this platform as their sole income. And your unwarranted comments and rating have hurt them.

I really wish PM would block this buyer. She gave me a one star rating as well. Item was in excellent pre-owned condition without flaws. I shipped promptly and always ship items with care. I asked PM to look into this person, but obviously they don’t care. Please do yourself a favor and don’t sell to her. Not worth the hassle!
