raulpadilla78 Did you sell your lady bug earrings, if not I'm interested in buying them? I was trying to purchase them but there was some issue with my address being linked to an other account. Notified Poshmark a couple times about it so apparently they have fix the issue now. I hope so since I've missed out on a few decent deals. Have a great day !

I was under the impression that the issue had been settled. If you feel the need to follow-up through Poshmark, I’d be happy to speak with them as part of their clarification on the matter.

linzy_lou82 @marciaray96 Given that you didn’t file any inquiry within the 3 day allotted period, I’m unsure of how to proceed as the sale has been finalized as I was under the impression that you were pleased with your purchase originally and following our other conversations. As I’m unsure how to go about addressing this complaint, I think we’ll have to go directly through Poshmark for further clarification.

linzy_lou82 @marciaray96 No I completely understand the miscommunication and have apologized for it repeatedly. I thought following our last conversation on 09/15/18 that it had been cleared up and you were going to have the necklace engraved as I suggested. So, in order to avoid further confusion and because I’m unaware of how to fix the problem, let’s go through Poshmark Customer Service to fix it.

linzy_lou82 @marciaray96 Marcia, As I stated earlier, customer satisfaction is always one of my primary goals. You’ll have to find out how to take care of making a return if possible given the late date and I will do what Poshmark tells me I need to do as I’ve never dealt with a situation like this and it appears that it would need to come from the customer rather than the seller.

linzy_lou82 @marciaray96 Marcia, Please reach out to Poshmark Customer Service as that’s the only way to have a refund issued to ensure that I get my authentic necklace back and you’d get a refund via the appropriate channel. I emailed them to let them know you’d be contacting them. Please send all further communication through them.

As for the picture, the first pic is the stock photo from the Tiffany website of the necklace with their engraving. The second one is of the necklace that I sent to you, which is the exact same necklace minus the engraving. It was my understanding that you knew that as I had had conversations with you and your husband I believe regarding purchase.

linzy_lou82 @marciaray96 Therefore, I do not have any other necklace to send to you. You have the one advertised without the engraving, which can be added by Tiffany. You can also include your initials or anniversary date on the back, which would be lovely since it was an anniversary gift.

At any rate, nothing can be done until Poshmark Customer Service contacts us, so I will await word from them as to how to proceed. Until then, there’s unfortunately not anything that can be done. I’m sure we will hear back from them soon and get everything taken care of accordingly. :)

marciaray96 I’m so sorry to hear about your mom I know how you feel..... l loss of my mom 4 years ago and it still hurts but I have reached out to them thru emails.We been going back-and-forth with emails and they keep asking me the same thing to send pictures and proof and I have done that and I’m really getting tired of it so I won’t bother you again. I will pray for your mom and I pray that they just take care of the situation because is frustrating and I have reached out to them only thru emails !!!!
