lindsaybuscher @lauratbax I am sorry about the 3 star rating. My view on this is that you need to be upfront about a product you are selling. I would rather not have to go through the process of retuning an item because it has 32 pulls throughout which could have been avoided it you were clear about the quality. I would not have bought it. You literally said "in excellent condition with no flaws". Did you look at the dress? There are pulls all over.

takecarevtg I’d like to apologize again, I’m sorry for the misunderstanding. I should have waited. It was an honest mistake.Please accept my sincerest apology. Hope this hasn’t lessened soured your relationship with posh. I have had something like that happen to me before but it doesn’t give me a pass to jump to conclusions. I’m very sorry and will learn to patient and accepting of things like this to happen. I lapsed in composure and will try to be better in the future.
