atucker829 Hi, I am sorry your hat arrived damaged!! that was the biggest box I could possibly find. The hat is absolutely net. it has never ever, ever been worn. and safely kept in a bag and box. Sometimes usps is very careless, that's why I wrote fragile all over the box.
