sharon_mae Hi Lindsay, Thank you for purchasing the Toms Flats from my closet. I sent you the wrong Toms shoes today in error, my fault. I have contacted Poshmark to help me fix this. I would like to give you a refund, send the flats and you can keep the Toms espadrille. I am so sorry for my mistake, I will get the flats out to you as soon as I get a response from Posmark. sharon_mae @lindsay6412 Good morning ! So far the direction from Posh Mark is for you to rate the shoes as Not as described and cancel the purchase so they can refund you. I will mail the flats today at my expense. Don't worry about returning the espadrilles, just send me a card with the return label!! Thank you for your patience.! Hope your day is wonderful!!

There is no reason for you to give me a refund on the shoes, you already gave me an amazing deal on them AND let me keep the mistake pair. I would hate to take 2 pairs of shoes from you without actually paying for them, it just doesn’t seem right to me. I thank you so much for being so caring about such a little mistake, you’ve made this a wonderful buying experience for me! ❤️
