lemonwedge Hi Lindsay, I purchased a pair of white everlane jeans from you about a year ago, and I reached out to everlane bc the discoloration from the leather tag recently bled really bad, the jeans are ruined/unwearable. they said they can’t do anything because the purchase wasn’t made through them which is ridiculous and a silly excuse. I’m wondering if you’d be willing to provide the receipt so maybe they would have no excuse but to replace the jeans. Thank you for considering this odd request!
