Lindsey. I have bad news. I sent your sweater to another customer & you have her sweater coming to you. I am horrified! I certainly will get you a full refund. OR I will at NO cost, resend "your-sweater" ! Deliveries have been slow getting to places within a week or 2! Please let me know what you would like for me to do. I will totally understand if you just want a refund. OR Should I resend it? Poshmark will cover postage for you to return sweater.

@sarahmc57 Hi Sarah! Thank you so much for reaching out and Happy New Year to you! I actually checked the tracking earlier today and it looks like it hasn’t moved from NC/been scanned since 12/23. I wasn’t going to bother reaching out since USPS is absolutely wretched with timing and being overwhelmed right now- but that certainly is a curve ball!

tely,. You do need to let Poshmark know you need postage. I am going to ask if they will go ahead and refund you before its returned so you don't have to tie up your money so long. I will give it my best effort! lol Thank you for understanding.

@sarahmc57 hi Sarah! Quick question for you. I printed off the return label, and it does not look like it is being returned to your address. It looks like it is going to the other buyer for the other sweater. Is that correct? It’s the shipping label Customer Service sent me. Just wanted to make sure that was correct.

Yes, Poshmark does that to eliminate extra traveling time. In fact they just sent me this!
"LL Bean Cherry Red Lamb Wool Cable Knit Cardigan M" and "Vintage LL Bean Nordic 100% Merino Wool Cardigan S" were mis-shipped. We have sent new labels to each of the buyers for your two orders to ship the items to each other. Please check your email for further details." So it is correct. Thank you for being concerned.

@sarahmc57 ok no problem and thank you for responding. So I guess I can’t return the sweater directly to you then? Yikes! I feel bad for the other buyer- the sweater hasn’t been scanned since it arrived to a USPS location on 12/23. Thanks again for being so great about this!

@sarahmc57 Hi Sarah- update on original package you sent me: the last time USPS scanned that was on 12/23/2020 in Greensboro NC. This morning I went to check to see if it has moved, and now the only shipping information is “pre-shipment” because I printed the return label on 1/6/2021 from customer service. At this point, I am not sure where the original package you sent me is, as I never received it, and customer service has not responded yet.

You should have it in the next few days. I even got a strange email saying it would be delivered late. ?? Then I received an email saying it was being shipped. I'm not sure what's going on with Post Office but all my deliveries are arriving late. I even got a 4 star for being late when it has nothing to do with me. I am truly sorry for all these unnecessary hassles. All I know is try to be patient. Making the post office speed up is like pushing a noodle up a hill. lol Have a good day!

@sarahmc57 I think it has something to do with Poshmark and their customer service with how they adjusted the status of the packages between these two orders. I just checked the original tracking for the wrong sweater, and it hasn’t moved at all. The other buyer seems to have shipped the sweater I originally purchased.

@sarahmc57 My concern is there has been no update at all for nearly a month on the original package you sent me. I really appreciate your responsiveness with this. I would still like to take you up on your offer for returning the sweater for a refund.

I certainly understand. I would probably feel the same way. Poshmark sent you and the other customer w a label to go to original buyer. As soon as you receive it and return it Poshmark will release payment. I have not gotten paid for it. Poshmark holds all funds until the item is returned. I asked them about just going ahead and refund you. But they said they had a protocol for the process A code prescribing strict adherence to correct etiquette and precedence.

@sarahmc57 hi Sarah- I understand and appreciate that. I am wondering what Poshmark does in the case if USPS loses a package? I am concerned whether or not the other sweater (original one you sent me) will ever get here. I don’t want it to reflect negatively on me if USPS hasn’t scanned it since 12/23/2020 nor impact you and the other buyer. 🙁

It shouldn't impact you negatively at all! Me maybe, due to mix up in address labels. I'm not sure what Poshmark does. I have never had a package to just disappear from Post Office, although I have heard of that happening. I assume after a period of time (Reasonable time which I think we HAVE reached with your order) they will refund but not sure what protocol is with a lost package. I am learning a lot with this disaster. I'm just so sorry for ALL of this.
