It was a mistake in packaging and I literally just commented on your other comment that I’m contact Poshmark to figure out how to get the watch to you, as I’m sure the person that ordered the shoes is going to be equally confused when they receive a watch. Please give people the benefit of the doubt before you lose your mind.

thejoyoflinds @dmercer64 there was a mistake in packaging! You’ll be receiving a watch instead of those shoes. I’m contacting Poshmark now to see how to go about getting you your shoes and the other buyer the watch! Please hang on to the watch and keep it safe while we figure this out.

thejoyoflinds @giaan I just messaged Poshmark and you can see above your comments here that I just commented to @dmercer64 that she’d be receiving your watch instead of the shoes she ordered. I’m asking Poshmark what their practice is for getting your items swapped so you can get your watch and she can get her shoes!

dmercer64 @thejoyoflinds last time this happened to me they sent me a label to forward their item to them n whoever got mine they sent a label to send it to me n that way the items reach the intended party quicker than if we return them to u I also contacted poshmark so we will c what they say ty for ur help

sarbear258 @thejoyoflinds hi there! So I’ve seen this happen a couple of times on Poshmark and it is always a tricky situation. I know it might be upsetting to the buyers and stressful to you but the best advice I can give is to hang tight and wait for Poshmark’s response. They will know how to handle it best. Their response time isn’t always ideal but it is best to wait for them to handle it.

sarbear258 @thejoyoflinds I’ve seen people try to handle it themselves by asking the buyer’s to send the packages to the correct addresses or have the buyers send the orders back to you but this can lead to even more confusion. Poshmark would have a very hard time fixing the situation if actions are taken into your own hands because I believe that would cancel their buyer seller protection.

dmercer64 @sarbear258 no worries I have had lost orders switched orders most of the lost orders I have eventually received however I still have one that I haven't poshmark has always been good at working through things but again last time poshmark emailed me a label n I sent the item to who it was supposed to go to n sent label to other person to send me mine that way there is a tracking number

dmercer64 @thejoyoflinds exactly but for some reason they r dragging their feet which to me is poor customer service I have been ordering on poshmark for over a year now and n the beginning their customer service was awesome but lately I dont know what's going on but it has been horrible I dont know how much it would cost for me to send it to who bought it n honestly poshmark should have already sent labels for this to b corrected

giaan @thejoyoflinds I don't think you put much effort to fix your mistakes. I and others buyers decided to send each other correct order. Hope you discount if I shop in your clothes again. It cost me 15$ to ship it to her.

thejoyoflinds @giaan That’s incredibly rude to say, but I’m glad you’re getting your package. As you can see above, I was advised to wait for Poshmark to handle it, AND I’ve been emailing with them this morning to get you both labels to send it to each other without you taking the cost on. If you had allowed Poshmark to handle it, like they’re supposed to, they would provide you both with labels free of charge. I’ll let them know that you both shipped it to one another.
