ladyloo2015 So very sorry about the state of the dress! How embarrassing. I'll definitely be more vigilant about keeping animals away from the clothes, and inspecting the clothes before I send them out. There isn't much I can do for you though except apologize. The dress is washable, although I never put it in the dryer.
