kamie9487 hi. Thanks for your interest in my rechargeable neck fan. with discounted shipping and poshmarks fee I would only make 33 cents if I accepted $5. This fan retailed for $23 when I got it and it is still brand new in box. just wanted you tonknow why I had to decline. I think you might could find something similar to mine for as low as $13.95 on Amazon but they are sold out of this one. if you have prime you wouldn't have to pay additional shipping. 😊
