Hello, and thank you for your purchase! I will not be able to ship until possibly Thursday. I do not work near a post office drop off, therefore the soonest I can ship is Thursday when I have my husband drop off at the post office on his day off. I will include some fun beauty products to the shipment to show my sincere apology for taking so long to ship. Again, I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience.

Good evening, I am saddened to see you did not receive your purchase. You were supplied a tracking number by email when it was sent out. We both have confirmation it was delivered in Bakersfield on 8/12 at 11:03 am. You accepted the purchase on the very same day through Poshmark. I do not understand why you have waited 10 days after accepting to come forward with a negative review and to say you never received it. I did my part and more. I included over $30 worth of extras in the box as well.

I am very sorry, but someone seems to have stole your package. The same thing happened to me, but I did not provide a negative review as the seller had done her part. I also reached out to the seller and told her my package wasn't there despite being delivered to my home just hours earlier. She was very kind and apologetic. Her customer service deserved a positive rating, therefore I gave it.

Moving forward, perhaps consider not leaving a review and reaching out to the seller personally. Again, I am incredibly sorry. It's a loss for us both. Good luck in your future purchases.
