taylorcf @linzshreds I just got off the phone with USPS and they said the thing to do would be to call your local post office that it will be shipping to, their number is 209 369 2351, and you can arrange for pick up there. I hope that helps. Thanks!

glassprism70 @linzshreds Hi. It sits on the waist and it is a midi skirt. I am not home now, but when I get home later tonight, I will take a couple more pictures so you can see. My “permanent weight shifting” 🙂 prevents me from ever wearing it.
