@lba16280 follow me theresa mayer or Lip Sensation LipSense on facebook. This is The only toothpaste you should be using. It has fluoride in it use it twice a day brush for two minutes no water on your toothbrush prior. Follow those instructions and you will see a dramatically noticeable difference. :)
