sterlingslipper Hi Lindsey, you ordered several Pandora charms from me. I just found out that your order was mixed up. Instead of the dog charm, a Pandora heart with a pink cz and a Pandora charm with a garnet was shipped with the other two you ordered.First of all I am very sorry, if you like the charms you may keep them both, if not I can mail the dog once it is sent back to me, or you can send the package back for a full refund. Again, I'm so sorry. Let me know when you get the package.
