lryan903 @jespe hello :-) I finally received an email back, and they tried to say that there was nothing they could do since funds have been released and to have you contact them. I emailed back saying we have already done that and asked if there is a way I can issue the refund myself. Just waiting back on a response. I will keep you posted. Thanks!

lryan903 @jespe ok so I got an email back today and they said I can't initiate a refund and to contact buyer. .again. I'm not sure where to go from here. Is there a way you can bill me directly? Any luck from them on your end? Sorry this has been such an issue

jespe @lryan903 Hi Lindsey. I reached out again to Posh to get this resolved. I explained again it isn't your fault and you've been wonderful. I think maybe some wires are crossed, and Posh isn't recognizing that we've BOTH contacted them in a timely matter. We started our communication and resolution attempts on the day the shell was delivered. Let's give them a few more days to act. If we can't get it settled through them, we may have to figure it out another way. Thanks

lryan903 @jlyak hi there! it was an insane mixup and I had tried locating the package with no luck. the wrong label was sent to me somehow and I had refunded the original buyer. if you would like to keep them please do so! I'm sorry for the surprise and confusion!
