mmoomm3 Hello, you bought my Marcie bag and gave me a terrible review because you state the strap was not included. The strap was placed in one of the inner pockets. I rolled it up and put it there so it would be perfect upon delivery. Please check the pocket and consider revising your review.

dxbtovb @mmoomm3 The pockets were all open when it arrived and I honestly thought that I’d checked everywhere… but I forgot to look under the flap!! I’m sorry I missed it. The strap was a big reason for selecting this bag instead of others, and I was upset. Thank you for your message - the review is updated to 5* like it should have been originally!!
