theplaymaker Hello dear, just receive your comments and rating. not sure why you say i have to improve in cleanliness? the item is antique and was keep safe and wrap in a plastic bag. i took my job here very serious and i respect every guest but this rating is not aceptable. i would prefer keep the item wich is very expencive. thank you.

sweetzenith @theplaymaker hey, to be honest I only picked an option for you to improve on because it prompted me to do so, and I wasn’t sure I was able to continue accepting the order without choosing something if it was not a full five star rating. The robe was brand new and in impeccable condition, but it was a little discolored and didn’t smell nice. I had to clean it immediately. So I was being honest, however, it’s a non issue because it’s clean now and I’m happy.

theplaymaker @sweetzenith the item is vintage and was keep safe in a dust bag in my closet. you say it was impeccable but then you say it was descolored? this statement confuse me.
