ansalicas Hi, I placed an order on June 14th and according to the tracking it was mailed out the next day. As of right now, 6/22/19, the package has not arrived. I checked the tracking status and it is currently in Chicago -almost 1,500 miles away from my address. I’m afraid you mailed it to the wrong address.

lindseyh_2008 @ansalicas hey! I’ve been tracking it too! It was in San Antonio distribution center a few days ago. I just refreshed and now it’s saying it’s still where I mailed it from...which I know isn’t correct. I’m on the TN/KY border, so I mailed it from KY on 6/15/19. I’m 100% positive I mailed it to the correct address...I’m not sure what to do. Maybe contact Poshmark? I can as well. So sorry!

lindseyh_2008 @ansalicas I just emailed Poshmark support! And told them the item must be lost. I’ve shipped over 60 orders and haven’t shipped to an incorrect address 😬 so I’m 100% sure I labeled it correctly, I process anything I sell Individually. So sorry for the delay. I would email them as well

ansalicas @lindseyh_2008 you know what’s even more weird? That it actually got to my local post office and I was expecting that day but when it didn’t arrive, I checked the tracking status and it had been sent to another city and then another one from there 🙈. Let me message Poshmark and see what they can do. Thank you so much for your quick response!
