kristentate2 The issue with the bag you purchased from me is a postal issue not a seller issue. I didn't smash the box and ruin the bag - the post office did. It's pretty lame to give me a bad rating over something I had nothing to do with.

kristentate2 When you receive your order you have the option to accept it or to report a problem such as damage. If you can't follow instructions that's on you. The package was insured and Poshmark would have refunded you.

kristentate2 @llangstaff3 If you still have the package, you should be able to take it to the PO and file a claim since it was insured. When they write on the pkg that it's damaged they are admitting fault - they wouldn't have accepted a pkg in that condition to go out.
