This mama runs on coffee and lipstick. I'm a substitute teacher, so I'm always looking for great style on a tight budget, and I'm loving sharing my finds with you all! I love rescuing vintage and wear a lot of it myself. My home is smoke free and cat friendly! My posh space is kitty free, and inventory is stored sealed, however I cannot guarantee there won't be a random hair 🐈 I spend a lot of time inspecting and lint rolling before packaging to reduce the possibility greatly ♥️ I appreciate each and every view, share, and purchase!

lipstickandposh @ech10c Thanks so much for your interest! I've already priced the set quite reasonable based on the size of the products. As far as I've seen, the bundles at retailers feature significantly smaller sizes. For example, a set at Sephora retails for $46 and includes a beauty Elixir in only a 30oz and a vinoperfect serum in only a 10oz (as well as 2 other smaller sizes products). The products I have are significantly larger

lipstickandposh @ech10c totally understandable, I'd definitely recommend purchasing directly from retailers if you have those concerns. I do not have a receipt as they are a part of a prize bundle I received in March and had to list for sale to help with all the financial issues all the virus stuff has caused.

jimpierce OK😁 Green Chili Enchiladas (Green Enchiladas) this actually was a secret for a long time! after my mother passed I decided to share! Everyone wants to know what the sauce is made of when they taste these (it's so familiar and good) !!!!

jimpierce First, these are not traditional enchiladas! they are made with flour tortillas (which I love)! and the sauce is Cream of Chicken soup, yep! Soup😀

jimpierce The green chili's are mild and I just buy a small can to spred on top. Brown 1 lbs 90% or so less fat hamburger meat. depending on your party size brown more hamburger. Dice a white onion and a bell pepper and place into the hamburger 1/2 way through browning. During this time i salt to taste, add some garlic powder (1/2 tablespoon) and black pepper to taste. I always get two cans Cream of Chicken in case I run short on covering the enchiladas.

jimpierce Mix your Soup in a large bowl and thin it to where it just starts to runs off a spoon. When hamburger is browned add soup mix to give just a creamy texture but save the rest. Add your choice of shredded cheese into the hamburger as well and turn down heat and let simmer, stirring occasionally.

jimpierce Grease a 9×13 baking dish using a stick of butter (you can use a cheap aluminum baking pan if you whish just remember to support the bottom well) I use the large size tortillas because they fill the pan. Spoon hamburger from skillet onto the tortillas roll and place seam side down. I try to evenly use the hamburger to fully fill all enchiladas the same so there will be about eight in the pan. Stack them the rolled tortillas relatively tight.

jimpierce Spread thinly your choice of shredded cheese and the green chili's on top of the rolled enchiladas. Pour your saved thined Cream of Chicken soup over the enchiladas and cover with more shredded cheese! I've used Mexican blend, cheddar, mozzarella - to me it all comes out about the same. it just depends on the cheese you prefer. the soup mix I what really give the unique but O' so familiar flavor.

jimpierce Cover with casserole lid or aluminum foil tightly and bake at 350 deg. for around 30 minutes. Small can green chili's /large flour tortillas / salt, pepper, garlic powder - 90% lean or so ground beef - onion, bell pepper - 2 can Cream of Chicken condensed soup. You may not use all the thinned soup mixture but better to have more than too little!
