I notified you with many photos of the completely destroyed and crushed tin dollhouse that I purchased from you. The roof and chimney severely crushed in, the backside of the house, crushed in bc of the crushed roof. Broken off shutters bc of the crushed roof. It was poorly packaged, even as per post office. There was no wrapping around any of it, the box was far too small, exceeding the top of the box and only covered with an extra loose piece of cardboard.

I’m sure you will get your money back. I would like the doll house back please it was my grandmas so I will figure out how we can both get what we need today. Sorry

@lindsey91r then you need to contact Poshmark customer service by email. Go to refund me and ask them to give me my money back, they will send me a return label. The post office said that you can also file a claim. But through Poshmark is best.

I emailed them. It looks like they have a couple of days to get back in touch with your open case and my email. But from what it looks like it is out of my hands. And the post office is not refunding my money, fyi

@lisahise77 also I have not been released the payment from this sell through poshmark. So I am out a dollhouse and you are out money I have not received yet. I’m sorry this happened but you are going to have to wait on poshmark.

@lindsey91r my post office said you should bc they have never seen such a horribly packaged item before ever, and that it’s destroyed. The item as described was not how it arrived to me, which is fraudulent.
Poshmark told me that you have made zero effort.

@lindsey91r the dollhouse shipped from here today. Inside is a sack with the pieces that arrived, there was a large holes in the bottom, the pieces were all loose and so as stated and photographed only some pieces were in the box.
