juliannacrisa Hi. I just found out the shipping labels were switched and you received the wrong item. I am going to contact customer support to figure out how I can arrange return shipping so I can get the bow pin you bought to you and the boots to the person who wanted them. So sorry.

juliannacrisa Still waiting to here from Poshmark support to figure out how to get pin back that was sent to wrong person. I can cancel the order if you’d prefer. So sorry for this inconvenience. I have contacted Poshmark twice about this situation and have not heard back from them. I wish there was an 800 number that you could call and talk to a real person but they do not do business this way. Very frustrating.

nakeisha89 Hi Lindsey, You purchased the pink seersucker jacket from me. I wanted to let you know that I mailed the jacket on Friday. I am getting emails from Poshmark asking me to mail the item. Apparently it is not being tracked. The ironic part is that I basically live down the street from you In Fayetteville and the package should have arrived yesterday. I’m so sorry, and don’t really know what to do at this point besides wait a few more days to see if it arrives or is returned to me.
